Covid-19 Protocols
As an in-person LIVE event, the health and safety of event delegates is paramount and will take a leading role in all aspects of the Travel Agent Forum: Owners Edition. Our team will continue to follow guidelines recommended by health officials and work extensively with in-destination partners to incorporate safety measures.

Below are some action items we plan to take (though this will evolve and can change as we progress toward the event):
Room layouts will look different, incorporating physical distancing to reduce risk and promote health within the environment.
Everyone will need to travel with a mask, but we will also make masks readily available (along with hand sanitizer). Masks will be enforced throughout event happenings and this will be communicated in advance.
One-to-One Meeting Showcase
- We will be using larger tables (giving adequate space between 1:1 exchanges without negatively impacting exchanges).
- More space in between tables with social distancing guidelines in place.
- Floor decals Incorporating physical distancing and traffic flow.
- Signage reminding delegates of the best ways to move through space for social distancing.
- Encouraging suppliers to provide information digitally as follow-up.
Networking and Classroom Events
- Dine around situations will be less fluid and more structured than previous year (we’ll be taking cues from the host hotels’ Safety-Assured Vacations protocols).
- There will no longer be self-serve type of buffets.
- For events with seating, this will be more structured with limited seating per table and spacing in mind.
- For free-flow type of events, we will be creating smaller group experiences.
