Princess Hotels and Resorts proudly unveils its two newest gems along the captivating Negril Resort Area: Princess Senses The Mangrove (adults only) and Princess Grand Jamaica (family-friendly) this summer. Princess Senses The Mangrove features 401 oceanfront suites, including enticing options like swim-out suites, pleasure suites, master suites, a one-of-a-kind bridal suite, and an expansive presidential suite. Adding to the allure are 14 overwater villas, ensuring an ultra-luxurious experience. Guests of this resort will revel in access to 14 restaurants, 15 bars, a rooftop infinity pool, a nightclub, a world-class spa, and a pristine beach with white sand. Additionally, they can enjoy complimentary access to the neighbouring Princess Grand Jamaica. Princess Grand Jamaica boasts 590 suites, including the allure of swim-out suites, master suites, and family suites with boat-designed bunk beds. This has led to increased conversion of leads to sales along with strong relationship retention with Travel Advisors.

What is new and exciting that you're looking forward to share with this year's Romance Travel Forum delegates?
We are excited to showcase the entire property but more so our Dream Island and Sky Terrace Locations that are perfectly poised to deliver the most exclusive and amazing experience to our clients.

We offer 10% commission on our direct room bookings along with 10% commission on our Wedding Package Bookings

What tools/technologies do you have in place to support travel sellers, and do they integrate into current available technologies?
Online online travel agencies (OTAs), Tour Operators and their partners in the travel industry. We boast a user-friendly website that has the most updated information about our resort with integrated booking tools. Our mobile App enables travel agents to stay connected with clients, manage bookings on the go, and provide real-time assistance. Secure payment processing solutions facilitate transactions and help travel sellers accept various payment methods, including payment links, credit cards, and wire transfers. 

When communicating with your company, what can travel advisors expect?
Our wedding team is comprised of a Wedding Specialist who is the first point of contact and is responsible for ensuring that the clients are armed with the information they need to confidently book their weddings. We offer Pre-Wedding Site Inspection Packages that allow clients to experience the property before making a booking decision. Once the Wedding is confirmed, the clients are assigned a Wedding Planner who will provide full planning and execution services. 
The Sales Team comprises our Leisure, Groups, and Reservations department, tasked with handling clients for accommodation bookings. Our approach is personalized and thorough, ensuring clients fully comprehend all amenities available to make informed decisions. We maintain a standard response time of 48 hours to address inquiries promptly and effectively. 

How and where can travel advisors book or get support when selling your product?
Travel Advisors can book directly on our website or through our central reservations team. They can also book with any of our connecting partners such as Sunwing, ALGV, TUI, Dertour, Delta Vacation, Flight Centre, Air Canada, Destination Weddings, Desti World, Jet Set Vacations, Pleasant Holiday, and Vacation Express. For Booking our Wedding packages this is done directly with our On-Site Weddings Specialist. For support, we also provide personalized webinars, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
