*Exhibitors will be able to set up their Showcase Table from 2:00pm – 5:00pm on Monday, May 9th and from 8:00am- 9:30am on Tuesday, May 10th.
Your company will be provided a draped table, company identification sign and three chairs. We do not permit pop-up displays, however, you are welcome to “dress up” your table (ie branded tablecloth, floral arrangement, etc.). Please note, exhibitor placement will be in alphabetical order (by company name).

While you are welcome to provide collateral, we recommend that you collect business cards from your meetings and follow-up electronically post-event. We also suggest the use of an Ipad or other tablet for any presentations you wish to give during your appointments (make sure your tablet is fully charged). If you opt to bring collateral, a count of 50 pieces is recommended.
If you do not hand-carry these items with you to the show site, and plan to ship in advance, you will need to ship through a Customs Broker.
You can now update your company listing to include contact details, a brief description of your products/services and a company logo. Your company listing will be available to view under the Exhibitor Registry tab on the website and will be used in your company profile in the appointment system. We have created a dedicate page that features creative aspects, such as seals and recommended verbiage that you can use to promote your participation as a 2022 Romance Travel Forum exhibitor.
